And it seems a little unfair to us because they are one of the most serious producers among the Grandes Maisons. The Brut Reserve is a good touchstone, made with equal parts of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier that are aged in rhyme for five years, after which it is disgorged and expedition liqueur is added with a dosage of 11gr / liter .
