This wine comes from the Pago Miraflores vineyards, where the Albariza soils reach up to 90% active limestone. Made from old-clone Palomino Fino grapes, directly pressed and fermented in stainless steel, it is aged 50 months in the bottle, hand-degorged, and topped up with its own wine to preserve freshness and character.
Fernando Angulo, an eccentric and passionate winemaker, leaves his personal mark in every bottle. His wines are authentic, original, and embody his philosophy: minimal intervention, artisanal craftsmanship, and deep respect for the terroir. The result is a unique tasting experience, with mineral and floral notes and elegant freshness that transports you straight to Sanlúcar de Barrameda.
