The expedition liqueur, made with manzanilla pasada, brings a saline, floral and subtly yeasty nuance that harmonises with the natural elegance of chardonnay, creating a profile that is sober, complex and imbued with a southern accent.On the nose and palate it reveals clarity and expressiveness: notes of ripe citrus, white fruit, fine lees creaminess, touches of nuts and a final echo reminiscent of the flor character typical of wines from Sanlúcar.
