"Colet Navazos Brut Nature is a sparkling wine crafted by Colet in collaboration with Equipo Navazos using the xarel·lo variety grown in their vineyards in Penedès, Spain, with a delicate contribution of expedition liqueur inspired by traditional Andalusian wines.Born from a collaboration that explores the links between the structure of great sparkling wines and the personality of biologically aged wines, this Brut Nature is produced following the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle and an extended ageing on lees that shapes its fine bubbles and its dry, precise character. The expedition liqueur, made with amontillado, introduces a subtly saline and vibrant nuance that interacts with the natural verticality of xarel·lo, creating a refined, mineral and profoundly elegant profile.On the nose and palate it expresses itself with purity: notes of white and stone fruit, hints of fine lees, traces of nuts, and a final sensation that evokes the Atlantic breeze present in the wines that inspire its expedition liqueur.
