Description

Pedregar is the reflection of a unique plot that faces North, planted on calcareous marls so characteristic of the Central Penedès Basin and worked under the criteria of organic viticulture. Fermented and aged in 500-liter French oak barrels for 8 months and at the end of the second fermentation, it is aged for at least 36 months in the cellar. The Agusti ("the Torelló and the Roca") thus recover the Mediterranean style of winemaking based on direct pressing without maceration, to seek freshness, tension and wines with great aging power, giving a rare color in these wines.
