Description

100% of bush vines of more than 50 years. Manual harvest. The 1st fermentation and aging of the base wine is in chestnut barrels on its lees for 10 months. The 2nd fermentation in the bottle is with the first cork stopper, horizontally in the rhyme and with a aging of more than 100 months in a traditional bottle with its lees. Very fine bubble and with good evolution in the glass.
