Hebrart Rive Gauche Rive Droite Millesimé 2012 Magnum

Rive Gauche - Rive Droite... et au milieu coule une riviere. Rive Gauche - Rive Droite is the new Marc Hébrart Champagne cuvée, a family of vignerons that have been in Mareuil-Sur-Ay on the banks of the Marne since 1960. This limited cuvée is the fruit of a balanced blend of three exceptional vineyards: Montaigu in Chouilly, La Justice in Oiry and Pruche in Ay. Two vineyards, therefore, in Grand Cru de la Cote des Blancs (left bank of La Marne), planted with Chardonnay and a third, also Grand Cru, planted with Pinot Noir on the right bank of the river. Vinification is carried out in oak barrels, without filtration and with a minimum dosage (5 gr/l), in search of purity and tradition that can only be obtained by aging in the cellar until maturity.
