Colet Vins

Made according to the traditional method of the second fermentation in the bottle, from selected base wines from Colet's own estates, in this case, 100% Chardonnay. The southern presence here is marked by the expedition liquor after the disgorgement, which is made with Manzanilla Pasada, providing that characteristic air of flower yeast. It has had a very long aging in rhyme, 41 months. It is absolutely dry, with practically zero residual sugar.
