AT Roca Finca Els Gorgs is a wine made with the Macabeo and Xarel varieties. It comes from a farm owned by the Agustís (Mata and Roca) that is about 60 years old on calcareous soil that, without being at a great height, is a cool area because of its privileged position. So much so that the Agustís have named it their "pretty girl" to make a long-aging sparkling wine (100 months). First, they make a base wine with the mixture of varieties, they ferment it in stainless steel, and it ages for 8 months in barrels and stainless steel. It undergoes a second fermentation on the lees in the bottle for 8 and a half years. The fruit of this long work is a masterly sparkling wine, fresh and elegant, with a creamy carbonic that is very pleasant. Enjoy it!
