Description

100% Chardonnay. It is the traditional Champagne Millésime of the house. It is made only in the great vintages and is a judicious blend of its most representative different terroirs. It is perhaps the best quality/price/pleasure ratio of the range. A striking fact is that the winery does not want to make this wine or any other millésime exclusively from Grand Cru vineyards, since they consider that a great wine is a middle ground between concentration, finesse and elegance. The acidity provided by the 1º Cru vineyards provides freshness and, above all, aging capacity to this and other house wines. Minimum aging of 4 years with its lees. Expedition liquor: 5gr./l.
