Alba is the personal project of Fernando Angulo, a lover of wines and, especially of Champagne, who began a peculiar path a few years ago in search of the perfect natural wine. The Alba are wines without additives, the only ones from Marco de Jerez. There are no ancestrals on the market that are old, that stand the test of time and so much rhyme. Also nothing like a natural chamomile was ever made in the Marco perhaps in history. Ancestral 2017 is fermented in open camomile casks, ancestral method. 63 months in rhyme. Vineyard the Crowned.
