Cavas Montesquius located in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, has more than 100 years of history and since then they have maintained the essence of the terroir in their wines. They respect nature by carrying out ancestral viticulture, without leaving a mark on the ecosystem. Some of its vineyards are over 80 years old. The harvest of the grapes that are destined for the vintage reserve extra brut cava, are harvested between the end of August and the beginning of October. All the varieties (Macabeo, Xarel.lo, Parellada) are fermented separately and in January they are blended and bottled to give way to the second fermentation in the bottle, remaining in the rhyme for approximately two years. The Montesquius are very delicate cavas, with an extraordinary personality. Vibrant, fresh and intense.
