Hebrart Special Club 1er Cru 2019

Marc Hébrart has been a member of the Trésors de Champagne Club since 1985, and this cuvée is only produce in the best years. It comes from the oldest vineyards in the house, 60% from Pinot Noir de Mareuil and 40% from Chardonnay from the Grand Cru Chouilly. Long aging on lees and very light dosage, just 6 grams per liter. As in other cases in Champagne, Marc Hebrart emerges as a small producer when Marc Hebrart decides in the 1960s, he begins to produce his vineyards in the Marne Valley. Today, Jean-Paul, his son, is responsible for family heritage and the elaboration of the little more than 100,000 bottles that go to the market annually for the underground aging and maturing cellar. Champagne Marc Hebrart is, therefore, a small typical champagne producer both in origin and in size, dedicated to the production of wines that are both energetic and refined. The family business starts from the vineyards located in Mareuil-Sur-Ay a Premier Cru town (with the highest ranking of all Premier Cru: 99%) located so close to Ay that it is not known where a town ends and the next begins .
