Description

From the best vineyards in Gimonnet, located mainly in Cramant but with a small proportion of Chouilly and Cuis, the Spécial Club is made, the wine that represents the best that the house can do. The vineyard makes the selection because the Cramant vines were planted between 1911 and 1913 and those of Chouilly in 1951, and in both cases they do not usually require chaptalization as they naturally obtain the ideal grade. Made entirely of stainless steel to preserve the purity of the Chardonnay, with long aging on lees and a dosage at the lower limit of the brut (around 6 grams / liter).
