“dégorge” (Brut Nature – 1945 – Josep Mestres Manobens). The base wine is aged with its lees in oak barrels for 6 months. The second fermentation in the bottle is with the first cork, in a horizontal position in the rhyme and aged for five years in the traditional bottle, also with its lees. After the manual disgorgement, the second cork stopper is placed.
