Description

Cédric Mousse Hommage a Cuisles is an ephemeral wine that will be made only once, in 2023, to celebrate the centenary of the Domaine. And it is a sparkling wine made by Cedric Mousse from the Pinot Meunier variety in Cuisles, Vallée de la Marne, Champagne, France.

It is made from the typical Cuisles terroir, green clays and limestone marls.

The wine performs malolactic, is filtered very lightly and is not clarified. After the second fermentation in the bottle, the wine has a dosage of 1 gram per liter.
