This wine made with Xarel.lo and Bastard Negre planted in 1954 and in the glass, in a unique and mythical plot: Clos del Serral, with soils of marine fossils that transmit the salinity of the Mediterranean. Aged in rhyme for 100 months and prepared to age another 25 years. Wines without sulfites, or additives in winemaking, nor does it use yeasts, sugars, or chemical products, to make the method as natural as possible. No temperature control.

Pepe Raventos' personal project, outside the parameters of the family winery. He makes wines so that they show themselves as they are. He does not use sulfites or other additives. He works under the precepts of biodynamic and natural viticulture.
