Clos Ibai Que Rule is a natural sparkling wine made by Dani Frias in Clos Ibai using red Grenache. It is pressed with the whole bunch. The wine initially ferments in steel with native yeast and then goes to the bottle, without carrying out malolactic fermentation. In the bottle, the fermentation is spontaneous, without sulphites, for nine months. Disgorged in August 2022 and the refilling is with the same wine.
