Description

Another project by Anima Mundi (Agusti Torello and his son Agusti Torello Roca) where they combine the art of aging in amphora and long refining in the bottle. It is an ancestral and more complex than his brother's Cami dels Xops and in this case a single varietal Macabeo. It does not go through stainless steel, and everything ferments in 600-liter amphoras, to go on to finish fermentation in the bottle and subsequent aging on lees. Only for a few: 2148 bottles, and believe us it is very good.
