Billecart Salmon Brut Reserva is a sparkling wine made by Billecart-Salmon with the Pinot Meunier (40%), Chardonnay (30%), and Pinot Noir (30%) varieties in the Champagne region. The Pinot Noir comes from the Montagne de Reims and the rest of the best Crus de Marne and Epernay.Moderate dosage of 8 grams per liter.50% are reserve wines.The Brut Reserve cuvée is delicate and highly refined, ideal as an aperitif or with a light dish and refined, that does not dominate the wine and pairs well with this cuvée.It all began in 1818, with the union of Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon to found their house of champagne.This is a family story since Louis Salmon, brother of Elisabeth and fond of oenology, he was already involved in the production of wines.Thus, for seven generations, each member of the family strives to perpetuate the family tradition by fulfilling an oath that transcends the passage of time: ""bet first on quality, aspire to perfection"".
