Elena de Mestres Gran Reserva Rosé is a rarity that the Mestres house gives us, very limited. A barrel-aged rosé cava from the elegant blend of Trepat, Garnacha and Monstrell. The base is aged on its lees for four months in barrels. It is made with the traditional method, spending 42 months in rhyme, which provides a very special aromatic and palate complexity.
