Part of the Clos Lensticus staff is its army of bees. They make the rosemary honey that is added to this elegant and lively Blanc de Noirs. Betting on small producers, on those who work their fields in a respectful and sensible way, that is what makes us feel happy in this wine world. Because it generally results in a product that is not only exclusive, but also caring. Take care with pride for those small producers who, like Manel Avinyó, roll up their sleeves every day of the year to work their vineyards. He is the current owner of the Clos Lentiscus Winery in the Garraf Natural Park, and he tells us that his intention is always to make enjoyable wines, without pretending to be a competition or to shake glasses. He works his 20 hectares by hand, advocating respectful agriculture and getting the best out of each vineyard. Without the addition of chemicals or added sulfites.
We present their wines, with that atypical point that we like so much, but without ceasing to be authentic.
