Description
From a careful selection of home-grown apple varieties subjected to non-exhaustive traditional pressing, with controlled fermentation and slow maturation, we obtain this soft, aromatic and balanced cider, with a small amount of endogenous carbon dioxide that gives it ultimate freshness. Its stabilization through filtering maintains its qualities in full throughout the year. It has received numerous international awards, including first prize in the Royal Bath & West of England Society International Cider Competition in the 2010 edition, and the Top Sicer 2009 award, among others.
