"La Bota 116 de Oloroso """"Montilla"""" is a fortified wine from Equipo Navazos made with the Pedro Ximénez variety by Juan Márquez from the vineyard that Rafael Córdoba has controlled and cared for for decades. As a good oloroso montillano, it is made with second-press must, called in the area ""color wine"", giving rise to fragrant and full-bodied wines, with the roundness that is expected of a great oloroso.
