"La Bota 117 de Amontillado ""Navazos"" is a fortified wine from Equipo Navazos made by Juan Márquez in Pérez Barquero, from vineyards that Rafael Córdoba has pampered for decades. Proud heir of that first wine bottled as La Bota from back in 2005, a saga that continued with numbers 9, 37, 58 and 95 and which represent the Equipo Navazos paradigm: balance, complexity and freshness in amontillado, the king of the wines. This Bota 117 is from Montilla because the Córdoba people treasure amontillado butts of spectacular finesse and liveliness from the Altos de Moriles, which was first fine and then oxidatively refined in the mouth. Never fortified, it stays below 18 degrees."
