Procede de tres viñedos de suelo arcillo-calcáreo, un total de 19 hectáreas de viñedo, de donde se seleccionan Tempranillo y Petit Verdot y se obtiene el vino tras una ligera maceración de las pieles. Fermentación a baja temperatura, maloláctica en depósito y búsqueda de lo fresco y varietal. Fresas, grosellas, flores, graso en boca y de buena intensidad. La acidez le da frescura.
