De Casta Rosé 2024, by Torres Essentials, is a refined vegan rosé crafted from Cariñena and Garnacha tinta in D.O. Catalunya. Inspired by Miguel Torres Carbó in the 1940s, it was created to offer a distinct rosé with seductive aromas and a silky texture, ideal to accompany traditional tapas, appetizers, and vegetable dishes.
The Torres family, with winemaking traditions dating back to the 17th century, manages over 1,800 hectares of vineyards in Catalonia and exports to more than 130 countries. De Casta Rosé 2024 stands out with its raspberry color with purple reflections, delicate floral (marshmallow) and fruity (pomegranate) aromas, and a silky, firm palate with a dry, elegant finish. Best served at 7–9?ºC, it can be enjoyed at its peak until 2027.
