The boundary line between the atmosphere and outer space is called Kármán, a concept far removed from the world of wine, but with a certain sense if we refer to this new line from the Gómez Cruzado winery. Stratospheric wines in terms of freshness and simplicity. Proof of this is this claret mixture of Garnacha and Viura from Cerro Calvario, in Cordovín, at the foot of the Sierra de la Demanda, where the cold climate and clay-ferrous soil prevail. Made in stainless steel with native yeasts and three months of aging on lees.
