Celeste Rosé is a rosé wine produced in the Cigales DO, inspired by traditional clarets, known for combining red and white grapes and offering an intense color and a very fruity aromatic profile. For its production, Tempranillo vines over 40 years old were selected, and a longer skin maceration than usual for pale rosés was applied to provide greater color intensity and structure.
