La Reine des Bois is a rosé wine crafted by Domaine de la Mordorée in the Tavel region, France. This wine is the result of meticulous work in vineyards certified as Organic Agriculture and Biodynamic by Demeter, using the Grenache, Syrah, Clairette, and Cinsault grape varieties. Each grape is hand-selected during harvest, ensuring maximum quality from vineyard to bottle.

The vineyard of La Reine des Bois is located in the Plateau de Vallongue, a villafranchienne terrace covered with rounded pebbles over a sandy-clay soil. This unique combination of soil and microclimate provides the perfect conditions for cultivating the Grenache, Syrah, Clairette, and Cinsault varieties that compose this wine.Vinification is carried out following strict organic and biodynamic principles, using indigenous yeasts and limiting the use of sulfates. The process includes destemming, crushing, cold maceration, pressing, and precise temperature control to preserve the delicate aromas and flavors of the grapes.
