Description
Another of the audacity of Xurxo Alba, one of the most intrepid producers of the Rías Baixas, who incorporates a new member to the already brave and demanding line of Albamar wines. In this case, he presents us with a Claret, a term that evokes other Spanish wine-growing areas that (at least that is the impression he gives us) Xurxo has considered only as a starting point to create his own interpretation of the model. Firstly, Albamar Clarete is a Mencía made in a similar way to a white and aged for half a year in French oak barrels. The addition of white Albariño, also aged, completes this preparation.
