Albert Mann produce, sin duda, algunos de los mejores vinos tintos de Alsacia. Será el calentamiento climático, o será que los terruños han estado ahí esperando a que fueran descubiertos, pero la realidad es que los vinos de Pinot Noir nos sorprenden por su calidad, su personalidad y la transmisión del terruño. Les Saintes Claires es nuestro vino tinto favorito de Albert Mann. Procede de una pequeña viña situada en Sigolsheim, en un enclave justo sobre el viejo monasterio de las Clarisas, de donde los Barthelmé adaptan el nombre hasta llegar a Les Saintes Claires.
