It has been made with grapes that come from mixing all the plots of Pazos de Monterrei, from Tamaguelos mainly of slate and clay soils and plots of the Oímbra area that are of gravel and sandy land. Part of the grape was cold macerated. With spontaneous fermentation at a controlled temperature, in stainless steel tanks, making the FML in French oak barrels of 2nd use and of different coopers. It has remained in the barrel for 13 months, almost a year in stainless steel, and then bottled without being filtered.
