Vinos al Margen is a small winery born in Salamanca in 2012 with the purpose of recovering, preserving and vinifying the area's ancient vineyards in danger of extinction. Its aim is to recover time, those wines made as before, in a simple way, that express the vineyard in each harvest. They elaborate in a traditional way, based on an organic agriculture that accompanies and harmonizes with the nature of the terroir.
