Village wine, from Valtuille, made with Mencía, Garnacha Tintorera and other white varieties, from 5 different plots of vineyards that are about 100 years old and have stony soil. As with all its wines, fermentation is spontaneous in barrels and containers of different sizes, with 50% whole stem, and aging for 12 months in French oak barrels. It came with elegance and fluidity.

Cesar Márquez carries the office of vigneron trotting through his veins. His first steps in the world of wine were given by his uncle, the winemaker Raúl Pérez. Now he is flying alone, with a catalog of six wines and seven hectares in the area of ??the appellation, mainly in Valtuille.
