After his success with white wine, Tomás Postigo, a former oenologist at Pago de Carraovejas, presents his red wine from Ribera del Duero, made with Tinto Fino, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Selected among vineyards located between 750 and 950 m of altitude and among 21 municipalities in the Ribera del Duero, in which limestone, sandy-loam soils predominate, with medium-sized stones and pebbles. Vinified in stainless steel, with part of the wine undergoing malolactic barrels. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Clarified with natural egg white.
