First Tintilla of the Luis Perez Trilogy. Tintilla de Rota and Palomino Fino from the vineyards of Calderín del Obispo, in the mythical payment of Balbaina. The grapes are vinified 60% without destemming in open barrels for 15 days. Aging 12 months in barrels of 6 years of use, and then passes to deposit a couple of months before being bottled. The Tintilla gives that dark red color risen, with great intensity. Sweet nose, not without some elegance.
