Description
Goliardo Tinto is a wine made with the Caiño, Loureiro, Espadeiro and Sousón varieties by the Forjas del Salnés winery in Meaño, Pontevedra, in an old vineyard on sandy and granite soil, made up of pebbles.

This mixture of typical varieties of the Rías Baixas is masterfully vinified by José Manuel Méndez Lázaro and Rodrigo Méndez Arosa, who ferments with native yeasts in stainless steel. The aging is carried out in oak barrels and foudres, where it spends 12 months, resulting in an Atlantic wine with the house's trademark acidity.
