Tuca Negra is a red wine made from Garnacha grapes by the Cuevas de Arom winery collected in Calatayud. Vineyards over 80 years old. Altitude greater than 850 meters in glass and dry land. Slate and quartzite floors. Manual harvest. Incubated 60 days with a daily manual punching with feet. Breeding 14 months in egg. 100% stems have been used in fermentation and native yeasts. Smooth, pure and beautiful.
