Description

Os Cantals is a red wine made from the Garnacha grape by the Cuevas de Arom winery collected in Calatayud. Vineyards over 70 years old. Altitude greater than 700 meters in glass and dry land. Ferrous floors. Manual harvest. Vatted 47 days in bocoy with 1/2 manual punching per day at the feet. Aged 13 months in foudre. 50% of the stem has been used in fermentation and native yeasts. Silky, fine, complex and long. PR 93
