Description

As Ladieras is a red wine made from the Garnacha grape by the Cuevas de Arom winery in Calatayud. Old vineyards on northern slopes at more than 800 meters of altitude. Harvest Manual. Precambrian soils, quartzites and slates. Manual elaborated in cement deposits with punching down. Raised in cement eggs and foudre. 50% of the stem has been used in fermentation and native yeasts. Light, elegant and very long. PR 92+
