Arrayán has changed. And so much that has changed. This La Suerte de Arrayán has seduced us with its freshness and lightness, which seems to us the way forward for the garnachas of the area. It is made in stainless steel tank with a whole bunch, a gentle treading and low temperature fermentation to retain the subtlest aromas. In the nose it is fragrant, and in the mouth it is a garnacha of less layer than we expect, great silkiness and, in short, great pleasure in drinking.
