Description
Only Vijariego Negro of a young vineyard that suggests the maturity of Borja in the elaboration. It is light, it is not a wine that is chewed and its acidity is electrically fresh. The almost 12 months spent between 600 and 228 liter boots in French oak are very good. At no time is it doubted about its origin, the volcano is more than present. It is impressive and forms a luxury tandem next to the Baboso, the other great reference wine of the winery. 2900 bottles. Borja Pérez is a young winemaker who produces unique wines in Ycoden-Daute-Isora on the Island of Tenerife. Like other Canarian winemakers, it relies on volcanic soils, climatology and varieties of the islands. It produces very current and easy to drink wines. Without stridencies but with a long journey, where variety is the main theme before wood notes are perceived. The production is very limited coming mostly from vineyards owned and a few that are leased to local winemakers. Marmajuelo, Listán Negro, Baboso and Vijariego are the main varieties with which he works, trying to perform work under parameters that respect the landscape.
