In the Cote Blonde, on gneiss soils, Stéphane Ogier produces this Cote-Rotie, in Lancement. It is a estate planted in 1977 with very high density. The harvest is manual, the scrape is kept in its entirety, and fermented in stainless, after which it has been aged for 20 months in French oak barrels. We find ourselves with one of the emblematic wines of Stéphane Ogier, of great intensity and fineness, as befits the best terroirs of the Cote Blonde.
