Respectful viticulture and manual harvesting with rigorous selection of the perfect bunch in terms of structure and health, assuming this is a minimum percentage, between 8 and 10% of the total. Fermentation in French oak barrels with native yeast. About 20 days of maceration with skins, malolactic in new French oak barrels and aging for 24 months in a new French oak barrel, with racking every four months. We are facing one of the great wines of La Rioja, and of our country, emblem of the Sierra Cantabria winery, which honors Marcos Eguren's great-grandfather, who enjoyed in the vineyard with a modern vision at that time.
