Monovarietal Tempranillo from two different farms, Los Terreros and Jararte, both in San Vicente de la Sonsierra. Minimal intervention viticulture where respect for the vineyard prevails, with rigorous manual selection of the grapes. It is made with two vinifications, 50% destemming and 50% whole bunches. Macerated for 12 days with skins, malolactic in barrels and aging for 16 months in new barrels, half French oak and half American. Wine that expresses the union between tradition and modernity, in equal parts, an explosion of fruit, structure and fine tannin, which ensures a good evolution.
