Lagravera

Wine made with 75% Red Garnacha and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Vinya Núria estate. Terroir of boulders from the river Noguera Ribagorçana and sands with the presence of gypsum. Fermentation of the varieties separately with wild yeasts. The Garnacha ferments in stainless steel and the Cabernet in uncoated cement tanks to give it more roundness. Aging in 500-liter French oak barrels. Good balance between fruit and oak notes.

Description

The Arnó family planted a vineyard on poor soil, in which formerly a gravel pit was located, with the intention of recovering the vineyard and the existing wine tradition in the area located between the Pyrenees and the Ebro Valley, where Serra Larga rises, which is part of the longest gypsum mountain range in Europe, a characteristic that is expressed in the freshness and salinity of the wines that Lagravera makes.
