Clos St. Antonin Cotes du Rhone 2018Clos St. Antonin
The basic Cotes du Rhone, which they call "tradition", is made primarily from Grenache, along with small amounts of Mourvedre and Syrah. All the grapes come from the surroundings of Jonquières. With 20% whole bunch, the wine is sweet but with the nerve of that small proportion of stalk. The wine is aged for less than a year in concrete vats and tanks.

The basic Keller wine is a reference year after year in our portfolio and allows you to enjoy a great wine at a moderate price. One of our clients said of him that the nose is of good intensity and is very well outlined, with a mainly citrus character. Maximum 3 bottles per client.
Viña Padre perfectly expresses the mountainous terroir of the Sierra de Salamanca, of old vines on heterogeneous soil between 800 and 1,000 meters above sea level. It is a robust wine, with 50% Rufete and different proportions of Aragonés, Garnacha, Calabrés as well as a small mixture of white varieties, to make the drink fresher and longer.
The Banyuls Old Red Wine Vinegar comes from a second acetic fermentation of a Banyuls over 10 years old from the Domaine Vial Magnères. If in the base vinegar of La Guinelle the nose leads us to the ripe red fruit, in this old wine vinegar we go to the nuts and honey. Try it with aristocratic salads, or even with some blue cheeses.
Fresh and lively wine, a cherry-colored Garnacha, coming from the assembly of different plots "Panaderos", "Corzos", "Boquerón", "La Coja" and "Poniente", with the particular minerality provided by the granite soil. Aged for ten months in 500-liter French oak barrels for different uses. In a long drink, wine of enjoyment, as dictated by the phrase printed...

Therefore, when he found a small vineyard planted with the variety, he said that it was time to make a monovarietal. This farm, planted thirty years ago, has the typical schist soils of the...
RR is a wine that comes from a red slate sub-plot within a Grosses Gewachs estate but is nevertheless priced lower than the Grosse Gewachse. Rheinhessen has traditionally been one of the least noble wine regions in Germany, with the Kellers being the architects of a revolution in the area in the last ten years.
