Halcón Oppenlander Pinot Noir 2018

€45.46
The Oppenlander Pinot Noir is a monovarietal of enjoyment, but without neglecting the elegance of the grape or the finesse provided by the used oak barrel, during the 16 months of aging. The soil is made of clay and gravel, the manual harvest, and ferments with 75% of the stalk. One of the coldest vineyards in California, where this unique red is born and with a drink as long as it is pleasant.

Halcón Vineyards is the project of the two British Paul and Jackie Gordon, in love with the ethereal wines of the Rhone, and the freshness that floods Californians, they acquired one of the highest vineyards in the Anderson Valley, Mendoza. There, the Cote-Rôtie-style slate soil mixes with the cool Pacific wind, and the result is the wines they have always dreamed of, wines with great personality.
