A fragrant and seductive Carignan wine (85%), with red and black fruit but, at the same time, with a great mineral expression and a touch of smoke. Notes of dark chocolate and white pepper add complexity. In the mouth it is deliciously fresh. Centennial vines of Cariñena and Garnacha are used, planted on licorella soils, the typical slate of the region, which in the case of Ferrer Bobet has the added advantage of being on a fresh estate, with elevation and slope. Of the 70 hectares of the farm, only 22 have been planted to maintain biodiversity, and organic viticulture is carried out in which there is no room for insecticides, fungicides or herbicides.
